Early-stage defense value

The goal is to fight the case before it becomes harder to fix.

Depending on the matter, representation may include case review, evidence analysis, client strategy sessions, rebuttal or response preparation, witness and document development, command-focused advocacy strategy, advice about statements or submissions, and work designed to reduce the risk that false, exaggerated, or incomplete allegations become the official record.

Mr. Kamoroff designed this practice around fighting hard at the earliest stage because winning early is often the best way to prevent a GOMOR, Article 15/NJP, or investigation from becoming a more serious problem.
